We would like to thank all our customers, past and present, for all the support we have had during our time at 4 Auster Road, Clifton Moor, York.
Over the past year, we have taken into account the many factors businesses like ours have had to face and will continue to face in the coming years.
Running a retail shop, as many major stores have discovered, has become extremely expensive and this has a direct effect on the cost of our products and the services we can offer. Whilst we have absorbed many of these costs, we cannot continue to do so. As a result of these rises, we have taken the decision to close our retail side of the business on Clifton Moor.
This does not mean that we are closing as a business! We are continuing to trade from our own workroom and can be contacted through email, telephone or website.
We will continue to make our own high quality products in our own workroom. Many of our competitors use factory workshops.
For you, our valued customer, this will mean that we will now operate an at home service, we will come to you!
This will operate in much the same way as it has throughout the pandemic. Simply email or telephone us to discuss your requirements. We will select fabrics from our vast range of suppliers to suit your requirements. We will then book an appointment and come to you.
By making this move, we can better control the continual rising costs whilst still offering the same high quality products and services to our customers.
